Feliz Abigail C. Dioso
Administrative Assistant II
Haskell Company Philippines, Inc.
Batch 14

Overall, it was a great experience. Our batch was relatively small, which I believe contributed significantly to the quality of the training. Although public speaking is not one of my strengths, Ms. Donna created an encouraging and supportive environment that made introverts like me feel comfortable expressing ourselves.

At first, I thought the topics were quite basic. However, as the sessions progressed, I realized that the training was intentionally designed to strengthen our mastery of the fundamentals. It reminded me that no matter how experienced we become, we always return to the core principles of our profession. By mastering the basics, we build a strong foundation that keeps us on the right path and helps us succeed as administrative professionals.

I learned a lot from the sessions facilitated by Ms. Donna. She is highly knowledgeable and explained the topics clearly, making them easy to understand. I especially appreciated the practical tips she shared, including what to do and what to avoid in different situations.

I also learned from my fellow participants, who shared their experiences from their respective organizations. Their insights provided valuable ideas that I can apply in my own workplace. The three sessions equipped me with practical knowledge that will benefit me in both my current role and future career. I would like to thank Ms. Donna for making the sessions engaging, informative, and easy to follow, and for generously sharing her expertise with us.
