Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
ICAP offers a Student Scholarship Program to support high-performing and deserving students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and commitment to the administrative profession.
This scholarship provides qualified students with subsidized or full access to ICAP membership and selected programs, helping them gain early exposure to professional standards and global best practices.
To qualify for the ICAP Student Scholarship Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Office Administration or a related field
Must be in good academic standing with their institution
Must have achieved any of the following:
Magna Cum Laude or equivalent academic distinction, or
Top 10% of the class, or
Dean’s List for at least two consecutive terms
Must demonstrate leadership involvement, such as:
Student organization officer
Academic competition participant
Community or campus leadership role
Must submit:
Endorsement or recommendation letter from a faculty member or program head
Copy of latest Transcript of Records (TOR)
Short personal statement explaining interest in the administrative profession
